Salon Champagne has never and will never be one which is easily obtainable. And, while its rarity makes it difficult for some to obtain, it is also this fact which makes it even more desirable. With only 80,000 bottles per year produced, Salon is a true mark of excellence which makes this House one of the greatest the World has ever seen. Founded in 1911, the House – spearheaded by one  Eugène Aimé Salon – has produced just 37 different wines since that time. Part of the larger Laurent-Perrier group, it remains entirely unique and with its own set of charismatic principles.

Hailing from just one region – the Cote des Blancs – and from only Chardonnay, every single Champagne from Salon is Vintage. Incredible and unmistakeable, once you taste a glass of Salon there is no going back to a far cheaper alternative.
