But as much as technology progresses, the house are careful to never forget their traditions. And for this reason, their Extra Brut – for one – is preserved in the same cellars where history has always been made. This allows for a more complex taste and for flavours to evolve with dream-like quality.
Now selling the 1983 vintage as the Cuvee 20 ans, this fruits and outstandingly well-balanced champagne is fresh and full of streams of fine bubbles.
On top of all this, the Extra Brut has no added sugar. But this is a great thing, as it allows for all the subtlety and complexity of this cherished blend to blossom wonderfully.
Produced in quantities of 2000 bottles at a time, the Cuvée 20 ans will arrive at your door in a beautiful wooden case.
