Once opened, expect the Brut Reserve to be pale straw-coloured, highlighted by slow rising bubbles and that trademark persistent mousse.
On the nose, you can look forward to a plethora of fresh bouquets with an edge of maturity. Aromas of ripe pear follow into a unforgettable palate where the attack is full and vinous, and not to mention fresh.
